How to Delete and Create User accounts in Windows 8

To create User account, launch the charms bar, select “settings” and then select “Change PC settings”. Now, navigate to the “Users” option and click on “Add a User” under Other Users section. From here you can create a new user account either a Microsoft Account i.e. linked with your live ID or the local account (legacy).

In order to delete a user account you do not have to go the same location i.e. from where we created a user account but this time we will go to control panel**, select User Accounts and then click “Manage Another Account”. From here we can select the user account to be deleted and remove it.

**You can launch control panel by right clicking on the bottom left corner of your desktop (i.e. where the start button used to be in earlier OS).
